Keto "Almond Joys".... that are AMAZING!
These at probably my favorite Keto candy. They are easy to make and only require 4 ingredients!



Ingredients:
2 squares of Lily Chocolate- 5g fat, 2net carbs per square
4 Frozen Coconut Chunks (Trader joe's) - 3g Fat, 1g Carb per chunk
4 Almonds- .6g fat and .3g carb per almond
1 tsp of Coconut Oil- 4.5g fat 0g carb
Directions:
Melt chocolate and coconut oil for 30 seconds in microwave. Once melted stir and place one coconut chunk in at a time as spoon the chocolate over it until coated. Place an almond on to and let sit on parchment paper until chocolate hardens. Store in refrigerator.
About 2.3g carbs per chunk!
