My FAVORITE Low Carb Iced Coffee

I make this basically everyday! I actually wake up some mornings and drinking this is the only motivation I have to get out of bed! Seriously.

Ok so I have tried many many different cold brews that are available in the grocery stores and this one is by far the best:

I have tried all of the flavors of the Chameleon Coffee and this one is the best.

So.... I start with a glass full of ice. Add 4oz. of this cold brew into it.

I then add about 1/4 cup of Horizon Organic Half and Half and 1/4 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream.

Last I add in the sweetener. I am pretty picky about the taste of the "sugar" I add and this one had been the best tasting with the coffee. I get mine on Amazon. You add as much of this as you would like to get to the sweetness you are looking for. I use about 1 tablespoon. This is fairly concentrated so you do not need much.

Stir and enjoy!

4oz. Cold Brew Concentrate- 0g Carbs

1/4 cup Half and Half- 3g carbs

1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream- 2g carbs

1 Tablespoon of Stevia mix sweetener- 0g carbs

Ice

Total Carbs- 5g

Total Fats- 30g

Calories- 280
